On the morning of April 1st, Yan Jianbo, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the board of Qinchuan Group, presided over a seminar and exchange meeting for researchers and technical experts in the headquarters of Qinchuan Group and listened to the work report.

Mr.Yan Jianbo,Chairman of the Board,fully affirmed the contributions made by the scientific researchers and technical experts to the innovation and development of the enterprise by relying on their professional skills,and exchanged views and discussions on how to improve the technological innovation ability of the enterprise,promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and accelerate the construction of a public platform for technology.For the next step,Chairman Yan Jianbo put forward five requirements:
1.Aiming at the short board,abandon the mentality of eager for quick success and instant benefit,take out"a blueprint in the end"of strenuous tenacious,hard work,for a long time;
2.Work hard,we should have the confidence and courage to overcome difficulties,never flinch when confronted with difficulties,stick to it and move forward toward the goal;
3.Strengthen foreign technological exchanges,accelerate the introduction of high-end scientific research personnel and advanced technology,and finally realize chain sharing;
4.Strengthen the management of scientific research projects,realize the grid management,focus on products,decompose according to the levels,identify the key points,and make precise efforts;
5.Effectively make use of the group's capital,personnel and other resources to promote the implementation of key projects,and at the same time,do a good job of evaluation and incentive,create a good innovation ecology,and stimulate the vitality of innovation and creativity.
